The Consulting Process 

Basically, Thinking Culture helps identify blocks to getting your organisation to work better. This involves diagnosis of the root cause of the problem, and then treatment.

Once we know what’s wrong, Ana works with the manager/s involved to develop a range of interventions. For example, we would review and align:

  • Communication between leaders and followers
  • Stakeholder issues
  • Behavioural change as leaders/managers
  • Overall learning and development, including a leadership development strategy to support organisational strategy

Ana strives to go beyond ‘band aid’ solutions to provide effective interventions and long-term solutions.

She then provides support in the form of coaching for managers, workshops for all staff concerned, or a tailored consulting solution.

This helps the organisation to do exactly what it intended to, including the practical steps needed to achieve fulfilment.
